Privacy Policy
Malaysia Roof Repair, an Epic Buzz Sdn Bhd company
If you ask for a quote
We collect the name, phone number, email, location and job details you type into the form. We send them to the roofing companies you chose, or to the companies that serve your area when you did not choose one. Those companies then contact you. We do not sell your details to anyone else.
If you list or claim a business
We keep your name, phone, email and the business details you give us. Your email is also your login: we email you a one-time code to sign in, and there is no password. The business details you put on your listing are public.
Payments
Premium is paid through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers. We keep only the Stripe customer and subscription references so we know whether your plan is active.
Who else handles your data
Our host, database, email sender and payment provider process data for us so the site can run. We use them for that and nothing else.
Delete or correct your details
Email hello@malaysiaroofrepair.com and tell us what to remove or fix. We will reply within a few working days.
